Returns & Exchanges

I want you to be happy with your purchase from DriftwoodBeachCo. If something isn’t quite right, please read the information below.

Returns
• Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
• Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
• The buyer is responsible for return postage costs.
• If an item is returned damaged, used, or not in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value, which will be agreed upon before a refund is issued.

Exchanges
• Exchanges are not offered. Please return your item in line with the returns policy above and place a new order.


Cancellations

• Order cancellations are accepted within 1 hour of placing your order.
• After this time, orders may already be in progress and cannot be cancelled.


EU Right of Withdrawal

If you are purchasing from within the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from (cancel or return) your order within 14 days of delivery, without giving a reason.

Exceptions
This right does not apply to:
• Custom-made or personalised items
• Items made to order or altered specifically for you

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify me in writing within 14 days of delivery. Returned items must be sent back within a further 14 days and in their original condition.

A standard EU withdrawal form is available upon request.

Customs & Import Taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees that may apply to international orders. DriftwoodBeachCo is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

• Measurements and weights are approximate.

Pricing & Payment

• All prices are shown in GBP (£).
• Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering.
• I reserve the right to amend prices at any time without notice.

Processing Times

• Processing times are clearly stated on each product listing.
• Custom or made-to-order items may require longer processing times.

Delivery

• Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
• DriftwoodBeachCo is not responsible for delays caused by postal services or customs processing.

Liability

• Items are decorative unless otherwise stated.
• DriftwoodBeachCo accepts no responsibility for misuse of products or damage caused after delivery.


Custom & Made-to-Order Items

• Custom or personalised items are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless faulty.
• Once work has begun, custom orders cannot be cancelled.
• Customers are responsible for providing accurate personalisation details.


Faulty or Damaged Items

• If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery.
• Clear photographs of the issue will be required.
• Where appropriate, a repair, replacement, or refund will be offered in line with your statutory rights.

• All items are accurately described to the best of my ability.
• Photographs are representative, not exact, due to the handmade nature of each piece.
• Prices reflect the cost of materials, time, craftsmanship, and sustainable sourcing.


Event & Craft Fair Sales

• Items purchased in person at craft fairs or events are non-refundable, unless faulty.
• This does not affect your statutory rights.
